What is ?????????
I know what alot of people are thinking that the education system is failing if this person doesn't know what is. But is defined differently depending on the place, and situation you are in. For example some states consider statutory to be with anyone under 18. With other states statutory is with anyone under 16. In some cases if 2 minors have they both can be charged with . With the case of marital rape things can be even more confusing. For example in New York a spouse can change their spouse with rape, and the charge will be the same as if they never met. In other states what would normally be called rape is reduced to a lesser charge. And sometimes if there aren't any marks on the accuser no charges are made at all. Also with the case of age normally with an underage person is rape, but as demonstrated by Woody Alan and him marrying a 14 year old even that isn't always the case. So with all of these factors, and variations why is it that EVERY ed cl in America has lectures informing students exactly what rape is? How can you tell people this IS rape when there isn't one agreed upon standard and statutes can differ from region to region, and situation to situation?
