How can i make the perfect cigarette?

I have a Top-o-matic Cigarette machine.All you have to do is put the cigarette tube on the end and pull the lever and tobacco goes into the cigarette.I was wondering how much is the perfect amount? I have measuring spoons to use they go from 1/4 teaspoon to a tablespoon.
