Why are we born ? Some say due to procreation, others say god made us. All babies cry when they are born,why ?

They cry because they knew they are born to suffer, unless they are handicapped and cannot cry or are still born. Some say this is because they are paying a price for being re-born again and the suffering only ends if when you die you are not re-born again. But others say God made us and unless we believe in his son Jesus, all will suffer and go to Hell after we die. So why does most babies cry when they come into this world ? If they have a choice would they choose to be born into this world to suffer ? What about God and where is the rational of it all ?
