My cousin Angelica is 13 a few years younger than me and is crying because she cannot wear diapers all day?

Is this normal? she is spoiled i think and seems to get whatever she wants and her parents allow her to wear diapers but not all day every day lol... So she cries because of this fact because she no longer likes the potty she just likes to use it when she has friends over because she does not like her friends to know she likes diapers.. well just wondering if anyone else has cousins like this and if it is normal... Well i kind of want her ps3 but she wont give it to me lolz.. =/
