Family man goes to hell - Murderer goes to heaven?

You ume that the family man is completely innocent? how naive. What if The rapist realizes how bad he was and wants to be forgiven while the family man doesnt see the need to ask for forgiveness because he thinks he such a good person?, we are all imperfect and all sin is equal in the eyes of God, so who is it really that unfair?
