What would you think if your girl friend looked at your lips with THAT look?

I am a girl and my friend looked at my lios the other day several times with what I think was a lusty look. I was surprized and wonder if she likes me more than a friend. I am not a but I am just curious. I know that looking at someone's lips means that they want to kiss you so do friend do this too?
