Was it a heart attack?

went a&e sunday chest pain high bp and heart rate150bpm took blood test came abnormal so positive for heart attack ecgs been erratic but they said close to norma been in hospital sine treated for heart attack but had angiogram today came back all perfect and ok so now me and doctors are unsure what happened any thoughts.
