Maytag Washer making Loud noise while washing? Video Link.?

It sounds like the agitator has broken loose from the top of the transmission shaft. That would be the first thing that I would check. I believe you can unbolt the plastic agitator from either the side or the top, remove the agitator and see if its broken.
