Is this mold on my basement rafters? Pictures.?

i dont need to see the pictures to tell you its mold, but that doesnt mean its deadly and should cost thousands of dollars to fix, spray with bleach and water or a commercial mildew/fungal agent, then tell them you just want a simple paint job. these days people are so freaked out about any kind of mold they make easy marks for people to make easy money off of. mold is usually easy to kill and rarely harmful, unless you already have some kind of respiratory problems.
