Invite cousin's girlfriend?

My cousin (24) has been dating a woman for the past couple years, and they seem to really be in love. The thing is, they never make any effort to attend any family function. The few times they have, they pretty much ignore everyone else and either only talk to each other, or hideout in the basement. I'm inviting my cousin to my wedding, but do I have to invite his girlfriend too?
