I am 7 months pregnant and a emotional reck is this normal?

a couple days ago we had found a slug in our house, i went to get a napkin to put it back outside and before i got back to the slug , my sister had the salt pouring it on the innocent bug. i cryed i know for a good 2 hours is anyone else in this boat???
