Harvest moon ds celia yellow heart event isnt working?

i have the yellow heart and i went to the blue bar at 4:00pm to 6:00pm and im not going on a wensday but the event isnt triggering...im not sure if i have to have a certain number of spirtes or if it has to be a rainy day or something...somone please help me!
