Gift advice please!?

My boyfriend has everything he wants and it drives me CRAZY. I just can't find a gift for him. He has hobbies and indulges in them by getting himself EVERY conceivable thing that goes along with his intrests. It's always a problem for me.Whats a NEW thing for the guy who has more than everything when it comes to what he wants? Clothes are out of the Question. It takes an hour for him to by his own shirt. It has to be the perfect fit, color, material, . He never goes casual unless it's around the house and he has all the stuff he needs for home. 2 closets and 2 dressers full. I am at the end of my rope. I had a piece of art painted for him for his birthday. I'm not really sure he liked it. He said he did, but it's still lying on the table in his "project room" A gift card is completely impersonal. What can I do???
