Following mail I received about lottery is true or a joke SPAM etc.?

I think its a scam but its kinda wierd becasue it doesnt ask you for your cred number or anything, just meaningless info...id follow it up untill it gets to the point where they ask you privet questions. Then you kno its a scam.
