Dog swallowed rawhide bone & I need help.?

My 6yr old 10lb mini doxie swallowed a big chunk of rawhide bone over a week ago. She hasnt had a bone in over a year & we thought we let her have one as a treat. When it got down to the end I told my husband to take it away & she saw him get up for her & she swallowed a big chunk. Now is completely normal except one thing. She is eating gr & then throwing it up. She did that about 3-4 days after the swallowing. She ate gr 2x & then for a few days no more eating gr & all of sudden again today. My dog in the last month a lone has just been nothing but vet visits. gland stinky, bee sting, wound flesh from playing with another dog. I dont know what to do. Will this rawhide bone dissolve or come out? Since she is eating, drinking, playing all normal do I need to take her to the vet? The only time she is voimting is when she eats gr.
