Can someone offer some good advice?

I concussed myself sleep walking in April, quite severely and have since been suffering with Post Traumatic Anterograde Amnesia, (apparently!) It's coming up to the end of June and my memory still does not feel 100% plus I have a light sensitive headache which feels like it is getting worse. Finally, this may or may not be a symptom but I have been having hypoglycemic 'attacks' and black outs... Any help/advice would be fantastic, thank you.
